Fluidized bed airflow mill is the newest generation of products in airflow mill. It was successfully developed by European enterprises in the early eighties of last century and was first used in toner industry. The system does not need to supplement the outside air and does not absorb moisture, which can ensure the dry and clean material in production. It uses the horizontal turbine with high speed on the main engine to classify the coarse and fine particles in the product. However, due to the limitations of the structure and principle of the vertical classifying wheel, the blade is easy to bend and deform at high speed (2000 RPM is already high speed of the opposing wheel), especially the poor controllability and low precision when producing fine powder and light weight material, which is difficult to avoid mixing large particles into the finished product. The granularity distribution of its products is wide and fluctuates greatly.
